How to use:

1. Attach the end to the handle of your Philips Sonicare toothbrush
Make sure you have a compatible handle (with click-on system).
Hold the brush upright and press the brush end onto the handle until you hear a click.
The end must be firmly in place and straight in line with the handle.
2. Apply toothpaste
Put a small (pea-sized) amount of toothpaste on the bristles.
3. Turn on the brush and position it correctly
Place the end in your mouth before switching on the brush to avoid splashing.
Hold the bristles at a 45° angle to the gum line.
Don't press – the sonic movements do all the work, just gently guide the brush.
4. Brush for 2 minutes, dividing the oral cavity into 4 zones
Brush each quadrant (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right) for 30 seconds.
Many Sonicare models have smart timers that vibrate or beep every 30 seconds.
Slowly guide the brush along each surface of the teeth (front, back, edge).
5. Rinse the end after use
Remove the brush end from the handle.
Rinse thoroughly under running water, including between bristles.
Let it air dry on a clean rack.
6. Change the brush end every 3 months
If you have a brush with BrushSync technology, it will remind you when it's time to replace the head.
Signs of brush wear (faded colors, dull bristles) indicate that efficiency is decreasing.
