Wash menstrual panties before first use.
Use menstrual panties as regular underwear and change them as often as you feel the need.
The frequency of change depends on your menstrual flow.
Wear menstrual panties for a maximum of 12 hours to absorb menstrual flow or vaginal discharge.
After use, rinse the menstrual panties in cold water and wash them by hand or in the washing machine at 40°C.
Dry the panties in fresh air and do not wear them if they are not completely dry.
Sanitize them at the end of menstruation by washing at 60°C to remove residues.
Use hypoallergenic detergent without chlorine, perfumes and conditioner.
