Food supplement.
Complex of folic acid, vitamin B12 and S-adenosyl-L-methionine indicated in all cases of low intake or increased need for these nutritional elements.
Folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to the maintenance of normal psychological function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal homocysteine ​​metabolism. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, away from meals, to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
