What is Esprico?

Esprico is a food supplement. The chewable capsule contains a balanced blend of pure marine fish oil with the valuable Omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and plant-based evening primrose oil. This makes Esprico particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.

A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA from all sources contributes to normal brain function. In addition, the minerals magnesium and zinc are included, which are important for normal psychological function (magnesium) and normal cognitive function (zinc).

Omega fatty acids

Omega fatty acids are among the essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are essential because the body cannot produce them itself. However, they cannot be dispensed with either, as they are an important component of our brain. Therefore, these vital essential fatty acids must be obtained from food.

Minerals

Minerals such as magnesium and zinc must be obtained from food, as the body cannot produce them itself.

Instructions

Take 2 capsules per day, morning and evening, during or after meals. The chewable capsules can be chewed directly or swallowed with a little liquid. Alternatively, the contents of the capsule can be squeezed directly onto a spoon or mixed into food.
