Adults and children over 10 years of age: 1 capsule 2 times a day, or 2 capsules once a day during meals (preferably in the first part of the day) with a sufficient amount of water.
Children aged 6 - 10 years: one capsule once a day.

Magnesium citrate 600 mg corresponding to 90 mg elemental magnesium (24% NRV*), vitamin B6 from pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg (357% NRV*)

Bulking agent: colloidal silicon dioxide, anti-caking agents: talc and magnesium stearate.
