St. John's wort's nervousness and anxiety-reducing action is well documented in scientific studies. It is also useful in biliary, liver, gastritis, diarrhea.
Composition:
St. John's wort (Herba Hyperici)
Method of preparation:
Internal use: 1-2 sachets per 200ml of boiling water are covered for 5-10 minutes. External use: 2-3 sachets per 100 ml of boiling water, cover for 10-15 minutes.
Administration method:
Internal use – 2-3 cups a day. External use – local compresses or baths
Contraindications:
The recommended doses are not known.
