Ingredients:
Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil (Cocos nucifera), capsule: gelatin, glycerin, water, Vitamin D3 (1,000,000 IU/g, in MCT).
How to use:
One capsule a day, during meals, in courses of 1-3 months, or as recommended by the specialist.
Cautions:
- For pregnant or lactating women, children under 12 years old and for people suffering from kidney diseases, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, the doctor's advice will be requested
- Administer 2 hours apart from medications
- Side effects and interaction
- Some people may experience bone pain
- This pain is an indication of bone demineralization and is temporary
- Discontinuation of vitamin D is not recommended.
