How to use
Take 1 tablet daily.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Read the ingredients on the packaging carefully. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Consumption of more than 3 g of plant sterols per day should be avoided. Patients undergoing cholesterol-lowering treatment should only consume this product under medical supervision. This product may be nutritionally unsuitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and for children under 5 years of age. It should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet, including regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Use is not recommended for women of childbearing age or prepubertal children of either sex.

Store away from direct sunlight, in a dry place and at temperatures below 25°C.
