THERMACARE 2x2 Versatile XL Thermal Bandages for Extended Pain

Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the ThermaCare® heat wrap can be positioned precisely over the painful area for precise and flexible application. After approximately 30 minutes, the heat wrap reaches a therapeutic temperature of approximately 40°C, which remains constant for 8 hours.

When should I use ThermaCare® Versatile XL thermal bandages?
Pain should be treated promptly because it can affect the quality of daily life.

ThermaCare® Versatile XL Extended Pain Thermal Bandages are particularly suitable for relieving pain caused by:

fatigue
sprains and dislocations
arthritis
muscle tension
Suitable for acute, chronic and occasional pain.

Do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arms, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inside of knees, feet or toes.

Instructions for use
Open
Open the bag when ready to use.
Do not cut the bandage. Remove the protective paper to expose the adhesive side.
Place on painful area and press adhesive side firmly to skin. See Do Not Use section for areas not covered by bandage.
ThermaCare® can take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.
Remove the bandage after 8 hours.

Never heat bandages in the oven, microwave, or by any other means, as the bandage may catch fire.
For people under 55, ThermaCare® bandages can be worn while sleeping. Clinical data has shown that after using ThermaCare® bandages overnight, pain is relieved throughout the day upon waking, muscle stiffness and disability are reduced, and trunk flexibility is significantly improved. The risk of burns increases with age, which is why anyone over 55 should avoid using ThermaCare® while sleeping and should wear it over a layer of clothing.
