Food supplement.
Senna, aloe vera, sea buckthorn, rhubarb and chicory promote regular bowel movements. Cinnamon, gentian and cloves are useful for stimulating digestive function and eliminating intestinal gas.

How to use
We recommend taking the amount needed to promote bowel regularity daily, depending on individual sensitivity, from 1 to 6 grains once a day, at any time; it is recommended in the evening, before dinner or before bed. Reclose tightly after use.
