Colostrum is a dietary supplement whose main ingredient is colostrum obtained from cows. Recommended intake:

Portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day: adults 2-3 capsules 2 times a day.
Children from 3 to 15 years old 1-2 capsules 2 times a day.
Children from 1 to 3 years of age: 1 capsule 2 times a day.
For children under 3 years of age, the contents of the capsule can be poured into their food.

The maximum recommended portion of the product is 6 capsules, which corresponds to 3000 mg of colostrum.
A daily dose of 2 capsules contains 1000 mg of colostrum.
