Use:
ONE CAPSULE A DAY WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
IF YOU ARE TAKING ANTIBIOTICS: Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal, and at least 2 hours apart from the antibiotic. Continue for at least 2 weeks after completing the antibiotic course.
