How to use: 1 sachet (1.75 g), pour 200 ml of boiling water, boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

For best results, use twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and before lunch. Do not exceed the daily dose of 3.5 g of the product. The product contains natural caffeine.
