Properties:

- vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the maintenance of mental health. It protects cells against oxidative stress, keeps the immune system in normal working order during and after intense physical exercise. Reduces fatigue and exhaustion. It contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal functioning of blood vessels, the bone system, ligaments, gums, teeth and skin. It intervenes in the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E;
- poppies contain 50 times more vitamin C than citrus fruits and 200 times more than apples;
- vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal iron metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of healthy skin, normal vision and mucous membranes. It protects cells against oxidative stress and keeps red blood cells within normal parameters.

Indications:
