Vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, B6, B12, niacin, biotin help the nervous system to function properly. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid support the functioning of the immune system.

Vitamins B6, B12, choline, folic acid help maintain proper homocysteine ​​metabolism. Vitamins riboflavin, B6, B12 help in the production of red blood cells. Vitamin B1 helps the heart function properly. Biotin helps maintain healthy skin and hair.
