Beta-galactosidase improves the digestion of lactose in people who have difficulty digesting it.

Blue sachet : corn starch, fructose, flavor; sweeteners: xylitol, steviol glycosides; Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 SD5212; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04 ATCC SD5219.
Red sachet : Sweeteners: xylitol, sorbitol, steviol glycosides; bulking agent: maltodextrin; dry extract of fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) titrated to 1% in essential oil, fermented maltodextrin, enzyme mix (amylase, protease, glucosamylase, lipase, cellulase, lactase, pectinase), beta-galactosidase (lactase) from Aspergillus oryzae (130,000 units in FCC); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; dry extract of mint leaves (Mentha x piperita L.) titrated to 4% in essential oil, dry extract of ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinalis Rosc.) titrated to 5% in gingerols, essential oil of fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), essential oil of star anise (Illicium verum Hook.F.), alpha-galactosidase from Aspergillus niger (30,000 GalU/g).

How to use
We recommend taking one blue sachet in the morning, on an empty stomach, dissolved in a glass of water, and two red sachets per day, 30 minutes before lunch and dinner.

Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
