Dalchini - Ayurvedic tea for the respiratory tract 100g

DALCHINI tea composition : Curcuma zedoaria, glycyrrhiza glabra, myrica naked, cinnamomum tamala. Recommended daily dose : Up to 3-4 glasses per day.

Method of preparation : pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon and leave to macerate for 10 minutes. To enhance the healing effect, it is recommended to add 1 teaspoon of herbs to 1 cup of boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Leave aside for 10 minutes. As a preventive measure: one level teaspoon in ½ liter of water. The daily dose can be prepared in a thermos.

Store at temperatures up to 25 °C.
