Children over 4 years old: it is recommended to consume one ampoule per day, preferably in the morning, before meals.
Children over 10 years old: it is recommended to consume two ampoules. One ampoule at breakfast, and the second ampoule after lunch.
Shake the drinkable ampoule, then consume it in its pure form, in small sips, or dissolve the contents of the ampoule in a glass of natural juice, water or tea.

Lyophilized royal jelly, with min. 6% 10-HDA (equivalent to 1,500 mg raw royal jelly) 500 mg.
Pollen powder 200 mg.
Propolis with min. 10% flavonoids 200 mg.
Acerola fruit extract (rich in Vitamin C – 25%) 200 mg.
Elderberry Extract with min. 15% polyphenols 50 mg.
Manuka honey 200 mg.

Inactive ingredients:
Water, honey, glycerin, natural strawberry flavor, sodium benzoate.
