Insert 4 AA batteries in the dedicated compartment.
Make sure the cuff is firmly connected to the device.
Apply the cuff to the arm, 2-3 cm above the elbow, with the tube facing down.
Tighten the cuff comfortably but firmly.
Sit on a chair, with your back straight and your arm resting on your heart.
Press the start button for measurement.
Stay still and do not speak.
The device will inflate the cuff and display the blood pressure and pulse values.
