PENCO®PELUPA is a healthy instant porridge based on corn and honey. It provides all the necessary nutrients to maintain performance and reduce hunger during training or racing. In addition to a wide range of vitamins and minerals, it contains complete proteins, which are essential for muscle regeneration and growth, and polysaccharides, which provide the necessary amount of energy to start the day.

PENCO®PELUPA is very suitable as a carbohydrate diet before sports performance and is recommended for short-term strength training and endurance exercises. It is enriched with a wide range of vitamins, especially vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid, which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

PENCO®PELUPA is enriched with iron in an organic, highly usable form. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to the transport of oxygen in the body. The absorption of iron is increased by the high content of vitamin C. One dose of PENCO®PELUPA porridge contains 10 mg of iron, which is approximately 70% of the recommended daily dose. Preparation and dosage

Eat PENCO®PELUPA for breakfast or a snack, alone or in combination with jam, compote or fresh fruit. To increase glycogen reserves, we recommend consuming PENCO®PELUPA daily at least 3-4 days before the race or at least once 1-3 hours before the show.
