Mentat from Himalaya is a supplement recommended for proper functioning of the body and memory and concentration. It is also often used to increase resistance to stress. It is suitable for both children and adults.
Forms of release
Mentat is available in the following forms:
- Mentat, 50 tablets
- Mentat syrup, 100 ml
This supplement contains several natural extracts, such as Bacopa monnieri extract, Indian ginseng extract, valerian, hops, ginger and others.
Indications for use
Himalaya Mentat is recommended for improving overall health, supporting memory and concentration, and increasing stress resistance. It can also alleviate certain behavioural disorders, such as aggression or anger, may be indicated for hyperkinetic syndrome in children and can help improve speech and correct speech defects. It helps to oxygenate the nervous system more efficiently, does not cause agitation or insomnia, and is recommended for periods of exhaustion and fatigue.
Dosage and administration
The recommended dose of Mentat tablets is 2 tablets twice a day for adults and 1-2 tablets per day for children over 6 years of age. When using Mentat syrup, the recommended dose is 2 teaspoons twice a day for adults and 1 teaspoon twice a day for children over 1 year of age.
How long should Mentat be taken: In general, administration for 3-6 months is recommended.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in case of allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product.

Side effects
