Mumie

Mumie or Mumio supplement is available in pill form (capsules or tablets):

• Purified Mumie resin extract, capsules or tablets
• Purified Mumie resin extract with Ginseng, 30 capsules or 60 capsules or tablet version, from Damar General Trading
• Purified Mumie resin extract with Pantocrin, 30 tablets
• Purified Mumie resin extract with Chestnut, 30 tablets
• Purified Mumie resin extract with propolis, 30 tablets or capsules
• Purified Mumie resin extract, tablets, from Biovit
• Mumio Mountain Resin supplement, 60 pills, Biovit

Mumie products from Damar General Trading or Biovit are available in boxes of 30 and 60 capsules or tablets. These supplements contain a mix of organic and mineral substances, between 25 and 40 in number. There are also ointments with Mumie extract - balm cream with purified Mumie resin extract and sunghit.

The basic Mumie supplement contains Mumie resin extract from the Pamir Plateau. Other types of products may also have additional active ingredients, such as pantocrin (extract from unossified deer antlers), ginseng, wild chestnut or propolis.

Mumie resin supplements are recommended as a tonic and regenerator, to increase energy and vitality levels, to support the immune system and for their anti-inflammatory effects. They may also be indicated for joint pain and inflammation, for restoring joint cartilage, for eliminating toxins and increasing resistance to infections. They can support prostate health, help regulate blood pressure, protect the liver, and may have anticarcinogenic, gastroprotective and aphrodisiac effects.

Mumie resin supplements are taken internally. They are swallowed with water. Dosages vary depending on body weight, usually:

• weight up to 70 kg: 2 tablets per day;
• weight up to 80 kg: 3 tablets per day;
• weight over 80 kg: 4 tablets per day.

For children aged 10-12 years, the recommended dose is 0.1 g twice a day. Not all types of Mumie products are suitable for children. Only administer to children as directed by a doctor and in the specified doses.

How to take Mumie: The capsules or tablets should be swallowed with water or other liquids – juice, milk, tea.

How long to take Mumie: Take this supplement as recommended by your doctor. A 25-30 day course is usually recommended. In some cases, the course is repeated after a 5-10 day break.

There are also a number of contraindications for Mumio. The Mumia resin supplement is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is also not recommended in cases of kidney problems or allergy/hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. It is also contraindicated in cases of diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, heart disease or serious infections. In menopausal women, Mumie supplements can cause hot flushes and even the reappearance of bleeding similar to menstruation.

Some types of Mumie supplements should not be used together with bronchodilator drugs or morphine. It is advisable to inform your doctor about any treatments you are following in order to avoid any interactions. Alcohol consumption is contraindicated during treatment with Mumie.

This supplement is generally safe. However, like any other supplement, it can sometimes cause side effects. Side effects may include nausea, diarrhoea or other digestive disorders. It can also cause agitation, palpitations, headaches, insomnia or an increase in blood pressure.

There is insufficient data to determine the exact maximum safe dose, and it is not recommended to exceed the recommended dose.

This supplement is sensitive to light and heat, so it is recommended to store the box in a cool, dark place.
