Venotonic

Venotonic is available in gel form, designed for external use. Its light consistency facilitates rapid absorption into the skin without leaving any greasy residue. 

This type of formulation allows for precise and effective application to the affected areas, maximising the local penetration of the active ingredients.

Venotonic Gel is indicated for various disorders of the circulatory and skin systems, including:

• Deep venous insufficiency - Helps reduce symptoms such as heaviness and pain in the legs
• Varicose veins and capillary fragility - Supports vascular health through anti-inflammatory and tonic properties.
• Thrombophlebitis and arthritis - Soothes inflammation and reduces joint discomfort
• Improvement of bruising and oedema - Due to the anti-inflammatory and healing effects of the ingredients
• Pre- and post-operative - Used for preparation and recovery after surgical procedures such as abdominoplasty or mammoplasty
• Skin conditions - Helps treat minor skin lesions and reduces local inflammation

Venotonic Gel from Elidor has a formula that harnesses the therapeutic properties of traditional plants such as chestnut, marigold, St. John's wort and chamomile. It is recommended as a venous tonic and blood circulation stimulator.

Venotonic Gel Femina Intimity from Pellamar contains chestnut extract, witch hazel, lemon oil and mineral salts from peloid, ingredients with anti-inflammatory, anti-oedema and venotonic properties. This cooling gel relieves the feeling of tired and heavy legs.

Venotonic Gel Elidor is applied 2-3 times a day to the affected areas, massaging gently until completely absorbed. If you apply the gel to hands with arteritis, it is recommended to wait at least 10 minutes before washing.

Venotonic Gel Pellamar should be applied twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, massaging gently into the surface of the legs. You can also apply the gel whenever you feel the need to relieve tired legs.

Venotonic Gel should not be used in the following cases:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product
• Irritated or damaged skin
• Application to mucous membranes or near the eyes.

The product is intended for external use only.

After application, wash your hands to prevent accidental contact with the eyes or other sensitive areas. Avoid using bandages or heat sources on treated areas.

Venotonic Gel is recommended for adults and children over 10-12 years of age.

Side effects associated with the use of Venotonic Gel are rare and usually include local allergic reactions such as erythema, itching or irritation. 

If adverse reactions occur, use of the gel should be discontinued and medical advice sought.

No significant interactions between Venotonic Gel and other medicines or food have been reported. 

However, it is recommended that you inform your doctor or pharmacist about any other concomitant treatment before use. Avoid applying several local products at the same time.

As the gel is intended for topical application, the risk of overdose is minimal. In case of accidental ingestion, symptoms such as nausea or gastric discomfort may occur, requiring immediate medical attention.

Store at room temperature. Avoid exposing the product to sources of heat or open flames, as it is flammable. Keep out of the reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
