Frankincense extract 350 mg
Boswellia, known as Indian frankincense, helps maintain joint health and flexibility and supports digestive health . In addition, it helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels , supports heart function and lung health .
The composition has been enriched with BioPerine® black pepper extract. Black pepper supports digestion and absorption of nutrients and increases the effectiveness of herbal ingredients.
Recommended portion of the product to be consumed during the day, necessary to obtain the beneficial effect of the product: consume 1 capsule 2 times a day. Drink water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.

I started taking this supplement a week ago, mainly to support my joints (I have occasional discomfort) and improve digestion. Here are my first impressions: Easy to take, capsules are small and no unpleasant aftertaste.
Improved digestion. Already after 3-4 days I noticed less post-meal bloating (thanks to inulin and Boswellia?).
Smoother joints.
It's not a miraculous effect, but I feel less stiffness when I wake up.
