Mode of administration:
In the first week, 2 capsules per day are recommended, 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at lunch.
In the second week, 4 capsules per day are recommended, 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunch.

Ingredients:
Sinetrol (Citrus paradisi (fruit), Paullinia cupana (seeds), Citrus sinesis (fruit), maltodextrin - 20% flavonoids), glazing agent (E464, zinc oxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Camelia sinensis (leaf , 60% catechins, 30% EGCG), caffeine anhydrous, Momordica charantia 4:1 (fruit), anti-caking agent (E341), Equisetum arvense (leaf, 1% silicon), Ilex paraguariiensis (leaf, 0.5% caffeine), anti-caking agent (E470b), chromium picolinate, potassium iodide.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the daily dose.
Contains 200 mg of caffeine per dose. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and for those under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed together with other products containing green tea. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. If you have diabetes, consult your healthcare provider before taking this product. Do not take the night.
Contains 120 mg of EGCG per serving. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of small children. After opening, consume within a maximum of 4 months.
