How to use:
Remove the plastic support and look for the mark indicating the left insole (L) and the right arm (R). Place the insole in the front of the shoe, sticky side down, making sure the raised area starts at the end of the arched area of the shoe. Reposition if necessary.
Replace after 6 months or after the first signs of wear.
