The process by which Juan Valdez freeze-dried coffee is obtained is based on the dehydration of the coffee extract, using very low temperatures. This process allows the preservation of the natural taste and aroma. It is a drying process by sublimation. This means that a substance, such as water, passes from solid to gas, without passing through the liquid phase.
The main quality of freeze-dried coffee is that, once mixed with water, it recovers all its physical characteristics: aroma and taste.
Ingredients:
Colombian freeze-dried instant coffee (freeze-dried), natural and artificial chocolate flavors, does not contain alcohol.
Warnings:
