L-Theanine is a food supplement from green tea extract, standardized to 98% l-theanine. L-theanine is a semi-essential amino acid, which has an adaptogenic effect, contributes to stress control, helps to obtain and maintain restful sleep, but also to stimulate the immune system and normalize blood pressure

L-theanine improves brain activity and concentration
L-theanine has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, improving brain activity and concentration. L-theanine is useful in so-called writer's block syndrome. In this situation, taking an l-theanine supplement has a calming effect and can stimulate creativity. Studies comparing the effects of l-theanine with those of caffeine have shown that l-theanine contributes to optimal brain stimulation, improving attention without agitation, as occurs with caffeine consumption.
L-theanine, in the control of anxiety and stress
L-theanine intensifies the activity of alpha brain waves and thus achieves a state similar to that during a deep meditation. It results in a general state of calm which also increases the power of concentration. While many anxiety treatments work by slowing down the nervous system, l-theanine does not induce drowsiness or lack of clarity. - Extract from green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis), standardized to min. 98% l-theanine - 100 mg.
- Vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
- Anti-caking agent: colloidal silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose*.

Administration method:
- One capsule 1-2 times a day, preferably during the meal, or as recommended by the specialist.
