Description
A supplement containing 3 absorbable organic magnesium salts (TrioMig: magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium gluconate, magnesium lactate) and potassium with creatine, useful for tiredness, fatigue, and excessive sweating. Thanks to its sugar-free nature, it is suitable for those following a low-calorie diet or needing to control their weight, those who need to monitor their blood sugar, and those prone to tooth decay. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, and normal energy-yielding metabolism. In synergy with potassium, it contributes to normal muscle function and the functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 sachets daily, between meals, each dissolved in 150 ml of water. Stir well until completely dissolved and drink immediately.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
