Description
Magnesium supplement in tablet form from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate, and marine (extracted from seawater through evaporation). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. The formulation is complemented by fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.
It is indicated to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; fructooligosaccharides (2%), citrus flavouring, magnesium citrate, marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulphate, carbonate and chloride), magnesium pidolate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
1-4 tablets per day with a little water, away from meals.
