Way of ussage:
It is used externally in inhalations, massage or baths. In inhalations: put 10-15 drops of oil in the inhaler and inhale for 20 min. For direct application on the skin: put 6-7 drops of myrrh on the skin, 3 times a day and massage slowly until completely absorbed into the skin. For baths: put 20-30 drops of oil in the bath tub with hot water.

Precautions:
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, children under 7 years of age, open wounds, skin or mucous membrane infections.
