Properties:

Mode of administration:
3 times a day, mix 1 grated measuring spoon (5 g) in a glass of water/juice etc. (approx. 200 ml) and drink (no activation time required).
The positive effect of glucomannan is achieved when taking 3 g daily in three doses of 1 g with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.
Note: Take this product with plenty of liquid to ensure it reaches your stomach.
If users have difficulty swallowing or too little liquid is consumed, there is a risk of suffocation.
