Properties:
It contains important micronutrients for the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, selenium, iron, copper and zinc can contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), biotin and niacin can help to maintain the health of mucous membranes (for example, the mucous membrane of the mouth).
- Vitamin A, thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, iodine, manganese, iron and copper can contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B2, zinc, copper, selenium and manganese can help protect cells against oxidative stress.

Administration method:
Dissolve the powder in 150 - 200 ml of still water and take it before or after a meal, once a day.
