Mode of use

Adults take 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals. Children from 12 years old take 1 tablet once a day. The tablets should be taken whole and washed down with a sufficient amount of water. It is recommended to stick to the daily dose and preferably take it for 2 to 3 months.
