Apple Cider Vinegar

The product comes in several forms, such as vegetable capsules, each containing various concentrations of standardized apple cider vinegar powder. For example, Zenyth Apple Cider Vinegar, 60 capsules contains 500 mg of apple cider vinegar powder, corresponding to 20 g of liquid apple cider vinegar. 

Apple cider vinegar is also available in the form of jellies with various flavors, chewable tablets, or in liquid form. 

There are several benefits to consuming apple cider vinegar. It is recommended in the following situations:

At the recommended doses, the product is well tolerated. However, in case of overdose or individual sensitivity, the following may occur:

• Rare allergic reactions, such as hives or skin rashes.

Due to its effects on carbohydrate and electrolyte metabolism, caution is advised when administered concomitantly with:

• Oral antidiabetics or insulin (risk of hypoglycemia);
• Diuretics (risk of hypokalemia);
• Digoxin (increased toxicity due to electrolyte imbalance);

In case of accidental overdose, the following may occur:

• Severe digestive disorders;
• Electrolyte imbalances (decrease in potassium, magnesium);
• Hypoglycemia (especially in people with diabetes).

Treatment consists of discontinuing administration, rebalancing electrolytes, and symptomatic support. In severe cases, medical supervision is necessary.

The product should be stored at room temperature (15-25°C), away from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of small children. Observe the expiry date stated on the packaging.
