Dida

Dida is available in the form of easy-to-take tablets, with each box containing 60 units. They are vegan and do not contain gluten, lactose, colouring agents or artificial flavours.

Dida tablets are recommended for people experiencing digestive discomfort caused by excessive intestinal fermentation and gas formation. Thanks to its unique composition, Dida helps restore the intestinal microbiological balance and supports normal digestion.

Dida contains a combination of natural extracts and essential oils with antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties, thus helping to maintain the health of the digestive system:

• Oregano aerial parts extract – powerful antimicrobial and antifungal effects.
• Hydroalcoholic extract from olive leaves – supports the immune system and digestion.
• Calendula flower extract – anti-inflammatory and healing effect on the intestinal mucosa.
• Thyme aerial parts extract – antiseptic and expectorant properties.
• Nutmeg fruit extract – calming action on the digestive tract.
• Clove flower extract – helps reduce gas and abdominal discomfort.
• Garlic bulb extract – antibacterial effect and immune system support.
• Alliin – precursor of allicin with antimicrobial effects.
• Niacin – contributes to normal energy metabolism.
• Cinnamon, mint and fennel essential oils – support digestion and reduce intestinal spasms.

The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day, taken with a glass of water before a main meal, for 45 days.

After this period, you can continue with one tablet per day to maintain the benefits.

The product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people who are allergic to any of its ingredients.

Dida is also contraindicated in children under 11 years of age.

It is essential not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Dida is a dietary supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The product should only be used if the blister pack is undamaged.

No serious side effects have been reported. However, in rare cases, allergic reactions to some components of the plant extracts or mild gastrointestinal discomfort, such as bloating or abdominal cramps, may occur.

If any unpleasant symptoms occur, stop taking the product and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

The active ingredients in Dida may interact with some medicines such as anticoagulants, antidiabetics, antihypertensives, oestrogens or some antibiotics.

It is recommended to consult a doctor if taking other treatments at the same time, especially for chronic conditions.

There is insufficient data on overdose with Dida. If an excessive amount is ingested, it is recommended to contact a doctor immediately for evaluation and treatment.

The product should be stored in a dry place, away from light and moisture, at temperatures below 25°C. Keep out of the reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
