The ingredients vary depending on the product. For example, Vitoral D spray for children contains vitamin D3 and a natural sweetener and has a strawberry flavour. The Vitoral D for adults version also contains vitamin K2 and has a mint flavour. Vitoral B Complex contains pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, folic acid, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 and has an orange flavour. Vitoral B12 spray contains vitamin B12 or methylcobalamin and has a cherry flavour. Vitoral Ferrum drops contain iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin D and have a banana flavour. Vitoral Nocturn contains melatonin, passion flower extract, rosemary extract and has a blackcurrant flavour.

Vitoral is recommended for maintaining optimal mineral and vitamin intake for proper body function. Specific indications vary from one product type to another. For example, Vitoral D aids normal calcium absorption and supports normal development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. It has increased availability and is well tolerated by the body. Vitoral B Complex helps the body function properly, supports mental health, reduces exhaustion and fatigue, and protects immunity. Vitoral Ferrum contains iron, helping to ensure an optimal iron intake to prevent and manage deficiencies in the body. Vitoral Nocturn reduces sleep disorders and helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

Dosages vary depending on each product. In the case of Vitoral sprays, the product should be shaken well before use. Vitoral D spray for children is recommended for children under 5 years of age and is administered 1-2 sprays per day or as recommended by your doctor. The sprays should be administered directly into the child's mouth or mixed with powdered milk, food or drinks.

Vitoral D for adults should be taken 1 spray per day, and in more severe cases up to 3 sprays per day. Vitoral B Complex should be taken 4 sprays per day. Vitoral B12 should be administered 1 spray per day. Vitoral Ferrum capsules should be taken 1 capsule per day with sufficient liquid, and the drop version should be taken 1 ml of solution per day for children over 3 years of age and 2 ml per day for adults (for children under 3 years of age, doses should be determined by a doctor). Vitoral Nocturn should be taken once daily in the evening, half an hour before bedtime, and in case of sleep problems caused by jet lag, 2 puffs should be taken daily.

The product is generally safe. It may be contraindicated in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture. The product should usually be used within 3-6 months after first opening. Vitoral Ferrum drops should be used within 2 months after first opening.
