Directions for use:

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, during the main meal, with enough liquid, without chewing.

Directions for use:

Take 1 tablet/day, during meals.

If necessary, the tablets can be halved.

Precautions:

If you use Vitamin C formulas for skin care, you should alternate with this product. Ideally, Vitamin C products should be used in the evening and the formula with Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% in the morning. Otherwise Niacinamide may affect the integrity of the pure form of Vitamin C.
