Cold-pressed Egyptian Black Cumin Oil, 100 ml, Herbavit
Black cumin is an annual herbaceous plant, from the Ranunculaceae family, which grows in regions with a warmer climate in Europe, North Africa and Southwest Asia. Black cumin seeds contain: triglycerides, proteins, volatile oils, Omega 3 and 6, essential fatty acids and are used for seasoning various foods and for their healing properties. Thousands and thousands of years ago, due to its curative properties, the Egyptians called nigella "habbatu al-baraka" meaning "blessed seed".
In the food industry, black cumin seeds are used to season cheeses, and mixed with wheat flour to prepare biscuits and pastries. Used in traditional medicine for more than 3000 years, thanks to its properties, black cumin seeds and the oil obtained by cold pressing the seeds, contain a series of active principles and polyunsaturated fatty acids that have beneficial effects both for internal use and external.
Black cumin oil contains: oleic acid, acyl palmitic, stearic acid, Omega 3 and 6, proteins, folic acid, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, phosphorus, zinc.
Properties: analgesic, antibacterial, antioxidant, antifungal, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, bronchodilator, immunostimulant.
