Psyllium is the shell (starch) of the psyllium seed, it contains a large amount of natural fibers, which are beneficial in regulating intestinal transit, in detoxifying the body, in case of digestive problems (chronic constipation, diarrhea, bloating) and in cleaning the digestive system.
Ingredients:
Psyllium tarate (Plantago Ovata), purity 85%. Psyllium is the shell (starch) of the psyllium seed, it contains a large amount of natural fibers, which are beneficial in regulating intestinal transit, in detoxifying the body, in case of digestive problems (chronic constipation, diarrhea, bloating) and in cleaning the digestive system.
Administration method:
Mix 1 tablespoon of psyllium bran with 200ml of water and consume immediately. It is recommended to consume 8-10 glasses of water daily, to avoid possible intestinal occlusion. It can also be consumed in fruit or vegetable juice. It can be added to muesli, milk, yogurt, or in various preparations as a thickening agent.
