Calcium coral powder (85% calcium carbonate and 6% magnesium carbonate), 300 mg; bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus L.), 140 mg; B complex ((vitamins: B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 5,100 ppm, B2 (riboflavin), 6,100 ppm; niacin (nicotinamide) 68,000 ppm, pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), 25,400 ppm; B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 6,700 ppm; biotin (D-biotin), 220 ppm; folic acid, 900 ppm; B12 (cyanocobalamin) 11 ppm) in brewer's yeast, 112.5 mg; ferrous bisglycinate (20% iron, 50 mg); zinc bisglycinate (10% zinc), 50 mg; vitamin C (82.64% calcium ascorbate), 20.66 mg; beta-carotene 10%, 2 mg.
Capsule shell: plant-based polysaccharide (pullulan). Gluten-free, starch-free, GMO-free, and colorant-free. Suitable for vegetarians, diabetics, and those on restricted diets.

Instructions for use

The recommended dosage for Equisalud Holomega Prenatal is 2 capsules daily, preferably with meals. It is recommended to follow this dosage unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
