As the name suggests, Nutty Pudding is based on nuts. It is a mixture of three types of nuts - peanuts, almonds and cashews. This unique trio provides the pudding with a solid portion of protein, healthy fats and essential minerals. At the same time, they also give the whole thing a unique consistency and delicate sweetness that goes perfectly with the fruit.

The mixture has been additionally enriched with currants and chia seeds. Small, inconspicuous currants give the pudding its characteristic taste, at the same time making it a source of vitamin C and antioxidants. Chia, in turn, is a real nutritional bomb, rich in omega-3 acids, protein and fiber.
