How to use:
If necessary, cut the insoles to fit inside the shoe.
Cut along the contour that matches the size of the shoe or use the original insole as a template.
For best results, remove the existing insoles and replace them with Scholl GelActiv insoles, with the gel side facing down.
Replace the insoles that show signs of wear; recommended every 6 months.
