What does the JD Biotech ^® 3in1 test detect?

Trichomonas vaginalis ( Trichomonas vaginalis , TV) is a protozoan from the group of flagellates, which is a parasite that lives in the human urogenital tract. It causes trichomoniasis , a sexually transmitted infectious disease. Typical symptoms include heavy yellow-green vaginal discharge, irritation and/or pain in the vulva, perineum, and thighs, as well as pain during intercourse and painful urination. In turn, men with trichomoniasis feel pain when urinating or ejaculating and the need to urinate more often. They may also notice a thin white discharge from the penis, swelling and redness around the glans or foreskin.

Candidiasis is an infection with the yeast Candida albicans (CA) that occurs when there is an excessive proliferation of this microorganism in the vaginal flora. Thrush is manifested by swelling and redness of the vulva, pain during intercourse, thick and foul-smelling vaginal discharge and itching.
