Ingredients:

Magnesium citrate nonahydrate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel; 25:1 dry hydroethanolic extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) standardized to 5% withanolides; lm: (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; emulsifiers: dimagnesium phosphate, triethyl citrate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80); anti-caking agents: talc, cellulose; dyes: brilliant blue FCF, black iron oxide); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use:

• It is recommended to take 1 film-coated tablet per day, preferably in the morning
• It is recommended to use for 4 weeks
• Consumption can be resumed if necessary.
