Erythritol from Mivolis is a calorie-free, fine-grained sugar alternative that can be used to sweeten foods and beverages. Erythritol is slightly less sweet than sugar (1 g of erythritol corresponds to about 0.7 g of sugar), is easily soluble and is particularly suitable for baking and cooking. Consuming foods/beverages containing erythritol instead of sugar may help maintain tooth mineralization and cause blood sugar levels to rise less after consumption than when sugary foods/beverages are consumed.
