The amount of fig has been increased and the amount of date reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index, providing energy while reducing insulin spikes. One bar contains between 124-175 kcal and 15-25g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavor. They contain pumpkin seeds, which give the bar a firm texture and provide healthy fats and proteins. Made with organic ingredients such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, and sultanas. A vitamin complex with 10 vitamins at 50% of the NRV has been added. Available in 3 varieties and 9 different flavors: BCAAs: in an 8:1:1 ratio (Leucine +). Dark Chocolate: with natural cocoa powder, organic chocolate chips, and natural chocolate flavoring.
