Sub9 Race Day is currently the sports drink that provides the most carbohydrates per serving. To facilitate the assimilation of its 82g of carbohydrates and 332 kcal, a low-osmolarity drink has been developed using cyclodextrin and palatinose as its main ingredients—next-generation carbohydrates that improve glycogen replenishment more efficiently.
