Description
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SUB9-SALTS are an evolution of SALTS-ELECTROLYTES designed for continuous intake during more extensive exercise.
Regarding minerals, the amount of sodium has been increased to 250 mg and that of magnesium to 18.15 mg, while potassium has been reduced to 54.01 mg, seeking a lower proportion than the previous salts in capsules.
They contain ginger extract to improve digestion, a common problem in these types of disciplines. Single-dose format, individual capsules.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. And 1 capsule every 30-60 minutes during exercise, with at least one glass of water (150ml) while taking it.
