Description
Rich and delicate coffee with pleasant tones of dark chocolate and nuts. Coffee tones are caused by the characteristic mineral composition of the subsoil on which the plant grows.
Recommended preparation
We recommend at least 7g of coffee beans per cup. Depending on the grinding thickness, this coffee is suitable for preparing espresso, drip coffee, coffee for the coffee machine and filtered coffee.

Specialty coffee is made from the highest quality coffee beans and is most often Arabica coffee beans. According to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) bylaws, the term specialty coffee means coffee that scores a total of 80 or more points during tasting. By comparison, regular store-bought coffees have 50-79 points.
